Gymie for Gyms is gym management software built around retention. It runs check-in and attendance, memberships, billing with GST invoices, online payments, dues follow-up, leads, referrals, classes, trainers and marketing — for one gym or a chain of branches — and every member gets the Gymie workout app, so they train with a plan instead of wandering and quitting.
How is it different from other gym management software?

Most gym software records who paid. Gymie also changes whether members come back: members get a free personal plan and voice coach, the app’s workouts feed a daily at-risk list for your staff, and NFC door and machine tags make check-in and training one tap.
How does check-in work?

Members with the app tap their phone on the Gymie tag at your door. Everyone else is checked in at the front desk in two clicks. Expired or unpaid memberships are flagged at the moment of check-in, with a grace period you control.
Can members pay dues and renew easily?

Yes. Front desk records cash, UPI and card payments against GST-ready invoices, and renewals start the day after the current term ends so nobody loses days. Connect your gym’s own Razorpay or Stripe account and members pay online from a link or straight from the app — the money goes to your account and the invoice marks itself paid. Without a gateway, members pay to your UPI ID and your staff confirm it. Automated WhatsApp reminders go out before and after the due date.
We have more than one branch. Does Gymie handle chains?

Yes. One login covers every branch: switch between them, or see all branches side by side — members, revenue, dues and check-ins — with chain totals. Plans can be valid at one branch or at every branch, and a member on an all-branch plan checks in anywhere.
Does Gymie have a referral programme?

Two. Your members get their own invite link to your gym: the friend gets a joining discount you set, and the member gets free days added automatically once the friend’s first invoice is paid. And if you refer another gym to Gymie, we reward you too.
