Delete your account

You can delete your Gymie account at any time. It can’t be undone.

In the app (fastest)

• 1. Open Gymie and go to Me.
• 2. Tap Delete account.
• 3. Type DELETE and confirm. You are signed out and your account is gone.

Without the app

Email hello@gymie.app from the email address on your account (or tell us the phone number you signed in with). We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile, plan, workouts, sets and progress
• Your health and readiness answers, and connected watches and rings
• Your sign-in, invite code and AI assistant connections

What is kept

If you are a member of a gym, that gym keeps its own records of your membership, invoices and visits, as tax law requires; ask the gym to remove anything else. Backups are overwritten within 14 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Gymie Pro subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first in your store account: iPhone — Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android — Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
